Die Geschichte
1991 eröffnet Christian Louboutin seine erste Schuhboutique im Herzen Paris. Sie trägt den Namen « Le boudoir ». Schnell entwickelt er sein Signature-Design: Die rote Sohe. Die Legende besagt, dass sich der Kreateur kurzum den Nagellack seiner Assistentin schnappt, um damit die Sohlen seiner Heels flammend rot anzupinseln.
2002 schließt sich sein Partner Yves Saint Laurent an. Seither ist der Siegeszug perfekt - Shops auf der ganzen Welt öffnen ihre Türen. 2006 schafft der Designer ein Atelier unter dem Titel « Minuit moins 7 », in dem Kundinnen wie Victoria Beckham oder Kylie Minogue sich ihre persönlichen Modelle mit Maßanfertigung entwerfen lassen können.
Christian Louboutin heute :
Die Marke wird in 46 Ländern verkauft. Die berühmten Absätze von Louboutin begeistern die angesagtesten Celebs von Blake Lively bis Katy Perry.
Erst kürlich hat Christian die Linie « la collection Scarabée » lanciert, mit Farbnuancen aus Ägypten - ein Land, das der Designer besonders liebt.
